The Börgemeister is located right at the Groene Loper, on the corner of President Rooseveltlaan and Schepen Roosenstraat. This alluring new building comprises 34 beautiful short-stay apartments which are each rented out for a maximum period of 6 months. The apartments are fully furnished, upholstered and equipped so that you can move into your new home.
The Börgemeister houses 5 types of apartments that are for rent as a temporary home in Maastricht. Each rent apartment is different in layout and varying in size from approximately 44 m² to 83 m². The custom interior, the stylish design, the ample amount of light shining through the large windows and the fantastic location in Maastricht, make the apartments a wonderful place to live temporary.
The high quality and stylishly finished apartments are fully furnished, upholstered and equipped (from cutlery to vacuum cleaner and from bed linen to towels). Each apartment has a fully equipped and ready-to-use kitchen, luxurious and modern sanitary facilities, TV, washing machine and dryer, private Wi-Fi connection and PVC floor finish with underfloor heating. There are both 1- and 2-bedroom apartments available. The apartments in the low-rise part of the building have a French balcony and the apartments in the high-rise part have their own balcony. A storage room is included as standard with the apartments in the high-rise. You can also opt for a larger storage room / garage box. A lockable bicycle shed is available for the apartments in the low-rise.
